Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking an energetic Customer Service Specialist to assist customers with product selection and provide high-quality sales support at our Missouri location.

You will help customers in person and over the phone, tint and mix products, and ensure accurate transactions while maintaining stock and displays. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred and helpful for accommodating diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must read, write, and speaking English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Internal Sherwin-Williams ratings requirement of at least 'meets expectations'

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to wholesale and retail customers
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and recommending products
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policy
• Maintain in-stock conditions, set up displays, and stock shelves
• Tint and mix products per customer specifications
• Assist with deliveries and unloading, as needed
• Stay knowledgeable about products and options to improve sales
• Follow inventory control procedures and keep accurate records
