Medi-Weightloss of Coatesville is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a 6-10 hour/week contractor role at our Highland Corporate Center location in Coatesville, PA. Fridays and 1-2 Saturdays per month (morning hours) are contemplated, with a focus on high-quality medical care and patient transformation.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP with active certification.
• DEA certification preferred.
• Ability to provide care under collaborative agreement.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and review patient history and psychosocial information.
• Conduct physical examinations per guidelines.
• Order and review labs and ECGs.
• Deliver preventive medicine counseling and education.
• Adhere to prescription guidelines per supervising physician.
• Maintain EMR documentation.
• Review patient progress and manage care.
• Facilitate referrals to other professionals.
