Medi-Weightloss of Orange, CT is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a part-time clinical role at our Orange location. You will conduct patient histories, physicals, order labs, and provide counseling on preventive care and supplements while adhering to collaborative guidelines and maintaining EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold CT NP or PA licensure.
• DEA certification required.
• Experience in weight-management clinics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and review patient history for care.
• Perform physical exams per guidelines.
• Order and review labs and ECGs.
• Deliver counseling on preventive care and supplements.
• Maintain EMR documentation and patient progress notes.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up calls.
