Job summary

Allington Dental and Braces - Midland seeks a Part-time Bilingual Patient Coordinator to support patient check-in/out, verify insurance, and coordinate with the clinical team. The role emphasizes friendly service to families and effective scheduling in a fast-paced office environment.

The position offers part-time hours (24 hrs/wk, 3 days/wk plus every other Saturday) in a dental setting, with opportunities to engage with the community and support a patient-centered care model.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a senior high school or GED equivalent.
• Office experience in a dentist's or physician's office preferred.
• Experience with children's dentistry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to patients at check-in and check-out and verify insurance eligibility.
• Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient.
• Greet parents and patients entering or leaving the office.
• Keep waiting area and front desk clean and organized.
• Verify insurance eligibility before appointments and ensure Boomerang records are accurate.
• Coordinate with the Clinical Team Leader to enable same-day care when possible.
• Help meet office financial targets by keeping hygiene and operative schedules full.
• Schedule follow-up operatory and recall appointments and handle calls.
