Job summary

Benevis in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Part-time Bilingual Patient Coordinator to support our dental team. The role includes front desk duties, patient check-in and check-out, insurance eligibility verification, and coordination of care for children and families in a fast-paced office.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or GED, prior office experience in a dentist or physician setting, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a senior high school or GED equivalent.
• Office experience in a dentist's or physician's office, preferred.
• Experience with children’s dentistry, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to patients and parents at check-in and check-out.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and service limits.
• Greet parents and patients when they enter or leave the office.
• Coordinate with Clinical Team Leader and Doctors to provide same-day care opportunities.
• Assist with meeting office financial targets by ensuring hygiene and operative schedules are full.
• Answer incoming calls and direct callers to the proper person.
