Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year orthodontic or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience and ability to discuss costs and payment plans.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain high treatment acceptance by explaining costs, insurance, and financing.
• Communicate treatment plans and timelines to patients and families clearly.
• Present financing options and assist patients with affordability.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; maintain patient records.
• Operate X-ray machines and assist clinically if certified.
• Solicit referrals and track patient satisfaction.
• Adhere to regulations and company standards.
