Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals and groups to identify and reduce social, emotional, and environmental factors affecting illness.
• Assess risk through screening and interviews; determine best therapeutic course.
• Develop treatment plans and provide counseling services; coordinate with other clinicians.
• Document progress notes, evaluations, and reports for accountability.
• Supervise or train trainees when applicable; participate in program development.
