Balance Point Wellness, LLC is seeking a bilingual Spanish-English licensed therapist to provide mental health therapy to children and adolescents in Dundalk and Baltimore County schools. This role involves caseload management, psychosocial assessments, and development of treatment plans within a school-based program.

Eligible applicants include LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LCMFT, Psychologist, and must hold current Maryland licensure.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish-English proficiency is required.
• Maryland licensure to provide mental health treatment required.
• Experience in a community-based setting preferred.
• Background check must be cleared.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload and provide ongoing individual mental health therapy.
• Provide therapy to children and adolescents.
• Complete psychosocial assessments and psychosocial evaluations.
• Develop and update person-centered treatment plans as appropriate.
• Complete timely contact notes and clinical documentation.
• Document all services in the cloud-based EHR.
• Collaborate with school personnel, families, and treatment team.
