Job summary

Sheppard Pratt is seeking a bilingual licensed counselor or social worker to provide culturally responsive mental health support to youth and families in Baltimore City. You will collaborate with clinical teams, address barriers to treatment, and implement culturally appropriate interventions in a client-centered, community-based setting.

The role requires Maryland licensure (LCSW-C, LMSW, LGPC, or LCPC) and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Maryland as a LCSW-C, LMSW, LGPC or LCPC.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Driver’s license with 3-points or less and access to insured vehicle.
• Experience with at-risk adolescents and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to tailor treatment plans and engage with clients, families and support systems.
• Deliver culturally relevant interventions and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, case managers, and community agencies.
• Provide clinical assessments, therapy, crisis services, and maintain documentation.
• Deliver services in offices, client homes, and community settings.
