JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an Associate Banker for part-time hours to deliver welcoming, attentive service and build trusted client relationships.

You will help clients with everyday banking, open new accounts, and guide them through digital channels to meet financial goals. You will work with branch teammates to ensure smooth operations and a positive client experience, using Chase’s latest banking solutions and technology to support customers across the Southeast Valley

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming environment, manage lobby flow, and schedule/cancel meetings using the branch tools.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge to help clients meet goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
