Job summary

Trek Store Little Rock is seeking a Service Tech/Advisor for a part-time role. You will troubleshoot repairs and service bikes on the spot, and install accessories chosen by customers. You will be the first to greet visitors and represent the service team with a friendly, helpful attitude.

• Excellent customer service chops and friendly hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to diagnose issues on the shop floor.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail/repair environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service bikes on site.
• Assist Service Manager and be the face of the department to customers.
• Install accessories customers select for new bikes.
• Build relationships with customers and ensure gear runs smoothly.
