Job summary

LifeWise Academy in Ohio is seeking a Part-Time LifeWise Classroom Teacher to serve students in grades 6-12. You will deliver LifeWise curriculum, foster relationships, practice redemptive discipline, and promote spiritual growth in a caring, structured classroom.

Requirements include a minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience, active participation in a local church, and a mature Christian faith aligned with our Statement of Faith.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience in school or church settings.
• Active personal Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

• Complete Initial and Ongoing Training.
• Teach LifeWise Classes using LifeWise curriculum and map out curriculum customization.
• Maintain attendance records and class rosters including health concerns and permissions.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment and redemptive discipline.
• Communicate with school personnel, volunteers and program director; promote LifeWise mission.
