Calder Casino in Miami Gardens, FL is seeking a Beverage Server to join our team. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving beverages, and ensuring a positive gaming experience for guests.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, six months of cocktail-serving experience, and the ability to obtain a gaming license. We value friendly, energetic team members and offer growth opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for taking orders from patrons and returning these orders in a timely manner.
• Keep area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Responsible to perform "responsible alcohol service" with regards to patron limitations and pass any/all responsible alcohol service training.
• Be able to use all bar equipment, cash registers and Berg Beverage System.
• Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests.
• Ability to lift 1-50 pounds
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Maintaining interpersonal working relationship among all personnel.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high-pressure situations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent and six months work experience in cocktail serving is preferred.
• Ability to obtain a valid gaming license.
