Calder Casino in Miami Gardens is seeking a Beverage Server to join our team. You will take orders and return them in a timely manner while ensuring quality guest service and a positive gaming experience.

We're looking for a friendly, energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and can perform responsible alcohol service with training. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred, with six months serving experience.
• Ability to obtain a valid gaming license is required.
• Excellent guest service and communication abilities.

JOB SUMMARY

We are searching for a friendly and energetic individual who will thrive in a fast paced environment. As a Beverage Server you are responsible for serving in an excellent and timely manner and to assure quality guest service and a favorable gaming experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for taking orders from patrons and returning these orders in a timely manner.
• Keep area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Responsible to perform “responsible alcohol service” with regards to patron limitations and pass any/all responsible alcohol service training.
• Be able to use all bar equipment, cash registers and Berg Beverage System.
• Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests.
• Ability to lift 1-50 pounds
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Maintaining interpersonal working relationship among all personnel.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high-pressure situations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent and six months work experience in cocktail serving is preferred.
• Ability to obtain a valid gaming license.
