• Handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Deliver items to rooms and offices, including VIP amenities.
• Assist with room moves and special luggage deliveries as needed.
• Support guest services with incoming packages and transportation arrangements.
• Maintain luggage storage area and ensure tags match luggage before release.
