Job summary

Mass Pediatric ABA, LLC is hiring a Part Time Behavioral Therapist in Lowell, MA. You will provide direct behavioral services in clients’ homes, implement individualized ABA programs, and work with BCBAs to support treatment plans.

Training and growth opportunities are offered, including RBT certification support. Requirements include a high school diploma or higher, 1 year of relevant child experience, CORI and background checks, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s in a relevant field is required or preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children or adolescents.
• Flexible to work weekday afternoons/evenings; weekend sessions optional.
• Must pass CORI and Federal background check.
• Strong communication and ability to collaborate with professionals.
• Access to reliable transportation and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services to clients in their home.
• Run individualized programs using Behavior Analysis principles.
• Collaborate with BCBA to implement treatment plans.
• Write daily session notes and collect data using Google Docs or behavioral software.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and ABA knowledge.
• Ensure client well‑being during treatment and crisis situations.
