Job summary

Venture-Community-Service in Brockton, MA is seeking a part-time Behavioral Health Specialist to develop and oversee behavioral plans and training across day habilitation and residential settings.

Responsibilities include data analysis, collaboration with BCBAs and staff, and ensuring DDS regulatory compliance. Requires a Bachelor's degree and gas/daily access; compensation is hourly with a $1500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field required.
• Preferred three years of professional ABA/relevant field and intellectual disabilities/autism.
• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and daily car access on site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans and train staff.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, House Managers and DDS coordinators to coordinate services.
• Review data prior to changes in behavior plans.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments via interviews and observation.
• Maintain timely behavior graphs and assist with data reporting.
