Job Description

At myHHBS, we are a growing team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, MasterLevel Supervisors, Registered Behavior Technicians, and BehaviorTherapists in the field of Autism and Applied Behavior AnalysisTherapy (ABA). Location 1: East Los Angeles, Downtown Los Angeles, Huntington Park

Must be available within the hours of 3:00-7:30 at least 3 days during the week (Mon-Fri)

Requirements

Behavior Therapist Duties and Responsibilities:

• Helpimplement treatment plans as part of a dynamic team under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Master’s level supervisor.
• Collect data on all programs.
• Analyzeand assist young clients in developing appropriate social behaviors and life skills
• Recorddetailed observation notes for every client
• Collaboratewith family members to obtain feedback on progress and providesupport
• Attendclinical team meetings and training sessions
• Workindependently as well as on a team, taking instruction and constructive feedback positively to ensure a high quality of service to the client

Behavior Therapist Requirements and Qualifications:

• Flexible afternoon/early evening schedule
• Bachelor’sdegree in psychology, social work, or related field(preferred) - Max hourly rate is if applicant has MA/MS degree
• Highschool diploma/GED certificate and AA/60 college course units(required)
• Spanish(preferred)
• Experienceworking with children, preferably those with special needs
• RBTcertification (or willingness to become certified)
• Abilityto lift 40 pounds and sit/play on the floor for extended periodsof time
• NegativeTB test within the last 60 days
• Must have valid Driver’s License, proof of insurance, and own transportation
• Passpre-employment background check
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills

Pay Rate: $25-$35 per hour
