Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver ABA-based therapy in homes or community settings in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves implementing individualized treatment goals under supervision and working Monday through Friday with afternoon/evening hours.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to accommodate client scheduling.

Qualifications

Registered Behavioral Technician Certification preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
Valid Driver’s License.
Reliable transportation and insurance.
Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Implement ABA driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in homes and community settings.
Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals in home/community environments.
Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills and other goals.
Track client progress and program data.
Adhere to company policy and protect confidentiality.

between the hours of 3:00pm - 8:00pm (2-5 hrs/day)

Cities include: Los Angeles, CA 90037 & surrounding cities

Responsibilities

Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
Track client progress and program data
Understands and adheres to Company Policy and Procedures
Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information

Qualifications

Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred
Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable transportation and insurance
Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
