myHHBS in Los Angeles is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Therapists for part-time positions to deliver one-on-one ABA services to children across Los Angeles County. The role includes paid training and mentor support to grow a career in Behavior Analysis.

We are a team of Board Certified Behavioral Analyst and Registered Board Technicians in the field of Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis. We are Autism Specialists that service the entire Los Angeles County, Orange County and Ventura County.

Must be available within the hours of 3:00-8:00 Monday - Friday.
Behavior Therapist Duties and Responsibilities:
I mplement treatment plans as part of a dynamic team under thesupervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Master’s level supervisor.
Collect data on all programs.
Analyzeand assist young clients in developing appropriate socialbehaviors and life skills
Recorddetailed observation notes for every client
Collaboratewith family members to obtain feedback on progress and providesupport
Attendclinical team meetings and training sessions
Workindependently as well as on a team, taking instruction andconstructive feedback positively to ensure a high quality ofservice to the client
Behavior Therapist Requirements and Qualifications:
Availability
Must be available Monday-Friday from 3-8PM
Education and Experience
NegativeTB test within last 4 years
Must have valid Driver’s License, proof of insurance, and own transportation
Passpre-employment background check
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
Pay Rate: $25-$35 per hour
Competitivepay and initial and ongoing paid training - Maximum pay is dependent upon the combination of education and experience
Compensationfor mileage and travel time if traveling from one client toanother in same day
