Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in ABA-based interventions. This part-time role offers 10–20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with open availability required. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Genuine love for working with children.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families.
• Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with name listed.
• Must have a Tablet or Laptop to use during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Observes, records, and reports on client's progress and behavior daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Apply behavioral principles consistently in all interactions with clients.
• Assist clients to acquire academic and/or life skills.
• Communicate professionally with parents, analysts, trainers, and clients.
• Participate as an active member of the treatment team.
• Complete daily paperwork and data collection notes in the online database.
• Participate in training programs to increase skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Follow butterfly effects policies and procedures.
