Behavior Interventions, Inc. is seeking Part-Time Behavior Technicians (BT) in Cherry Hill and surrounding NJ locations. Cases offer 3–15 hours weekly with shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Direct treatment pays $20.81/hour; admin duties $17.36/hour; RBT credential boosts to $26.53/hour. A $500 sign-on bonus is available.

The company provides a 4-week paid training to qualify for the RBT exam, with ongoing supervision, career growth, and benefits like medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for some cases.
• Background checks (federal, state, provider-specific) required.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Crisis intervention certification maintained annually.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provides behavioral intervention based on ABA to support skill development and reduce problematic behaviors.
• Establishes and maintains therapeutic relationships with client, caregiver and family.
• Collects accurate data per program specifications.
• Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to support families, team and organization.
• Attends trainings, supervision meetings and other specified meetings.
• Operates as a mandated reporter and reports suspected abuse or neglect.
