Job summary

Behavior Interventions, Inc. (BII) seeks Part-time Behavior Technicians to work 3–10 hours weekly across multiple PA locations. Direct treatment at $20.81/hr; administrative at $17.36/hr. Credentialed RBT adds $26.53/hr. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered. The company runs a 4-week paid training to become an RBT.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA-based interventions, data collection, and client engagement. Training, supervision, and career growth opportunities are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; bachelor’s preferred for some cases.
• Satisfactory results of required background checks.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Crisis intervention certification required and maintained annually.

Responsibilities

• Provides behavioral intervention based on applied behavior analysis.
• Establishes therapeutic relationships with client and family.
• Collects data per program specifications.
• Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to support families and team.
• Attends trainings, supervision meetings, and other required meetings.
• Acts as a mandated reporter for suspected abuse or neglect.
