Job summary

Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. seeks a part-time Behavior Technician to implement 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with clients in home, clinic, and school settings.

The role involves supporting daily living skills, collecting data, and communicating with families and team members. Prior RBT is preferred but not required; 18+ with some college is expected, and driving to client homes may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with some college education in the field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form.

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 direct ABA techniques in-home/center and/or school settings.
• Support daily living and personal care routines using ABA strategies to promote independence.
• Collect accurate ongoing data on client’s programs.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and parents/clients.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Willing to work in clinic and family homes.
