Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health seeks a Part-Time Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under a BCBA-designed plan. You will collect progress data, collaborate with families, and maintain a positive, safe session environment.

Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification; prior experience with children and reliable transportation are required. Flexible part-time shifts with opportunities for full-time roles in Marriotsville, MD.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT certification.
• Previous experience with children is preferred.
• Ability to pass background check required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
