Job summary

SheLeads Staffing is seeking Behavior Therapists/RBTs to join our growing team, delivering one-on-one behavioral therapy and skills training in home-based settings. Youll work closely with BCBAs and program managers, with ongoing supervision, trainings, and clear paths for growth.

Competitive hourly pay based on experience, plus paid mileage, training, and benefits. Availability 3pm-6pm, Mon-Fri, with a 1-year commitment and flexible scheduling where possible.

Qualifications

• 6 months–1 year ABA experience preferred.
• Background in autism, special needs, education, mental health, or ABA.
• Availability primarily 3pm–6pm, Monday–Friday, with a 1-year commitment.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking therapists encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation and MA driver's license.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Deliver one-on-one behavioral therapy and skills training to children, adolescents, and adults in home-based settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with confidence and independence, while knowing support is always available.
• Create fun, engaging, and motivating sessions for clients and families.
• Collect and maintain accurate session notes and data.
• Provide feedback, education, and recommendations to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, schools, and other service providers.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development.

What We’re Looking For

• 6 months-1 year of ABA experience preferred.
• Background in autism, special needs, education, mental health, or ABA.
• BA/BS preferred in psychology, counseling, social work, education, or a related field.
• Availability primarily between 3pm-6pm, Monday-Friday, with a 1-year commitment.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking therapists are highly encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation, valid MA driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to bend, kneel, stand, type, and move throughout sessions.
• Sufficient vision and hearing to perform job duties.
• Ability to lift and carry pediatric clients (5-50 lbs.).
