Job summary

SheLeads Staffing is seeking dedicated Behavior Therapists/RBTs to support children and families in home-based ABA sessions in California. You will deliver one-on-one therapy, implement individualized plans, and collaborate with a clinical team while receiving ongoing training and supervision.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year of ABA experience or related background, are bilingual in Spanish, and hold a BA/BS in a related field.

Qualifications

• 6 months–1 year of ABA experience preferred.
• Background in autism, special needs, education, mental health, or ABA.
• Availability primarily between 3pm-6pm, Monday–Friday, with a 1-year commitment.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking therapists encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavioral therapy and skills training to clients in home-based settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with support when needed.
• Create engaging, motivating sessions for clients and families.
• Collect and maintain accurate session notes and data.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, schools, and other service providers.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to bend, kneel, stand, type, and move throughout sessions.
• Sufficient vision and hearing to perform job duties.
• Ability to lift and carry pediatric clients (5-50 lbs.).
