Job summary

SheLeads Staffing is seeking dedicated Behavior Therapists/RBTs to join our team, delivering one-on-one behavioral therapy in home-based settings. You will implement individualized plans, create engaging sessions, and maintain accurate data while collaborating with clinicians, schools, and families.

Training and ongoing supervision are provided to support your professional growth. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling (primarily 3pm–6pm, Monday–Friday) with a 1-year commitment and bilingual

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 6 months-1 year of ABA experience preferred.
• Background in autism, special needs, education, mental health, or ABA.
• BA/BS preferred in psychology, counseling, social work, education, or a related field.
• Availability primarily between 3pm-6pm, Monday-Friday, with a 1-year commitment.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking therapists are highly encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation, valid MA driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to bend, kneel, stand, type, and move throughout sessions.
• Sufficient vision and hearing to perform job duties.
• Ability to lift and carry pediatric clients (5-50 lbs.).
