Job summary

SheLeads Staffing is seeking Behavior Therapists/RBTs to deliver one-on-one behavioral therapy in home-based settings, with strong clinical support and ongoing professional development. You will work closely with families, caregivers, and clinical staff to implement individualized plans and track progress.

Availability 3pm–6pm, Monday–Friday, with a 1-year commitment. Bilingual Spanish-speaking therapists are highly encouraged to apply; reliable transportation and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months-1 year of ABA experience preferred.
• Background in autism, special needs, education, mental health, or ABA.
• BA/BS preferred in psychology, counseling, social work, education, or a related field.
• Availability primarily between 3pm-6pm, Monday-Friday, with a 1-year commitment.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking therapists are highly encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation, MA driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to bend, kneel, stand, type, and move throughout sessions.
• Sufficient vision and hearing to perform job duties.
• Ability to lift and carry pediatric clients (5-50 lbs.).
