Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking enthusiastic and devoted Registered Behavior Technicians to support clients with Autism in home and community settings. You will work as part of a clinical team to implement ABA strategies and monitor progress.

We offer a 6-month commitment, paid training for newcomers, flexible part-time hours, and same-day pay to help you manage your finances while making a difference in children's lives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and compassionate attitude essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, implementing evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and coordinate with families.
