Job summary

SheLeads Staffing is seeking dedicated Behavior Therapists/RBTs in Massachusetts to deliver home-based ABA therapy. You’ll work with children, adolescents, and adults, implementing plans with supervision and ongoing professional development.

Join a clinician-owned team that values flexibility, strong clinical support, and growth. Availability is primarily 3pm–6pm, with a 1-year commitment, and a focus on family engagement and data-driven progress.

Qualifications

• 6 months–1 year ABA experience preferred.
• BA/BS in psychology, counseling, social work, education, or related field.
• Availability mainly 3pm–6pm, Mon–Fri, with 1-year commitment.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers encouraged.
• Reliable transportation and MA driver’s license with insurance.
• Able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavioral therapy and skills training in home-based settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with support.
• Create engaging, motivating sessions for clients and families.
• Collect and maintain session notes and data.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, schools, and other service providers.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 6 months-1 year of ABA experience preferred.
• Background in autism, special needs, education, mental health, or ABA.
• BA/BS preferred in psychology, counseling, social work, education, or a related field.
• Availability primarily between 3pm-6pm, Monday-Friday, with a 1-year commitment.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking therapists are highly encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation, valid MA driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to bend, kneel, stand, type, and move throughout sessions.
• Sufficient vision and hearing to perform job duties.
• Ability to lift and carry pediatric clients (5-50 lbs.).
