Job summary

Autism Learning Partners seeks compassionate part-time caregivers to support children with autism in clients’ homes across California. Shifts after 3:30pm Monday–Friday, with pay $19–$25 per hour and daily pay options.

You’ll teach through play, model positive behavior, stay active during sessions, and track progress with families. A high school diploma and reliable car are required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer).
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance.
• Willingness to pass background and health checks.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Teach children new skills through play and activities.
• Be a positive role model and celebrate progress.
• Stay active during sessions.
• Keep things organized and track progress (training provided).
• Support families and be part of the team.
