Job summary

Autism Learning Partners in Murrieta, CA seeks compassionate individuals to join as Behavior Technicians, supporting children with autism in home and local center settings. Roles can be part-time (up to 20 hours) or full-time with flexible afternoon to evening hours on weekdays.

Training is provided; prior experience with kids helps, but is not required beyond 6 months of involvement. Competitive hourly pay from $21 to $26.50, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed and at least one semester of college coursework
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer)
• Reliable car, driver's license, and insurance
• Willingness to pass background and health checks
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
• A big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic kiddos

• Teach kids through play and activities to learn new skills
• Be a positive role model and celebrate small victories
• Stay active by moving, playing, and engaging during sessions
• Keep things organized and track progress with training provided
