Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a caring, dependable part-time Behavior Technician to support children in learning through play. Sessions occur primarily in clients' homes with some in local centers, Monday through Friday evenings.

Daily pay access and a competitive $22–$28/hour compensation are offered, plus benefits depending on hours. You’ll need a High School Diploma with 12+ months’ experience with kids or an Associate’s degree (or higher) with 6+ months’ experience, along with reliable

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 12+ months of experience with kids OR Associate's degree or higher in a related field and 6+ months of experience with kids.
• Must have reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Teach children through play to learn new skills—communication, sharing, following directions—via games and activities.
• Be a positive role model, celebrating progress and encouraging growth daily.
• Stay active during sessions, moving around, playing, and engaging with kids.
• Keep things organized by tracking progress and session notes (training provided).
• Support families by helping them see real progress and hope.
