Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking compassionate caregivers to support children and teens with autism in home and center settings in the San Bernardino area. You’ll work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am–6pm, with sessions scheduled to meet client needs and daily pay access.

Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $28.00 per hour. The role offers paid training, growth opportunities, and benefits such as mileage reimbursement and paid drive time, plus stipends for cell phone and education

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED plus at least one college course.
6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer).
Reliable car, driver's license, and insurance.
Willingness to pass background and health checks.
Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
Patience and ability to engage energetic kiddos.
