Job summary

Think Together is seeking a Program Leader to work part-time in California school sites, guiding a group of 20–25 students in an in-person setting. You will foster a safe, nurturing environment and act as a positive role model to help students reach their potential.

You will support academic enrichment, homework help, and physical activity using program materials. Strong English skills, Spanish ability, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bi-literate (Spanish preferred) to support English-learners.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for collaboration with students, staff and families.
• Advanced Math and English skills appropriate for K–8 classrooms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students in an in-person setting while upholding safety and behavior standards.
• Serve as a positive adult role model through professional appearance and conduct.
• Create an engaging, inclusive environment that supports student belonging.
• Support students in making positive behavior choices and communicate needs to school staff.
• Assist with setup, cleanup, and ongoing maintenance of the learning site.
