Job summary

Right At School in Colorado seeks a Part-Time Before School Site Program Manager to lead two or more Weld County RE-3J school sites, supervising staff, ensuring safety, and delivering engaging activities before school. The role emphasizes building relationships with families and school partners while supporting children's learning and well-being.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience, a passion for working with school-aged children, and the ability to create a safe, positive environment

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must have at least one year of supervisory experience.
• Must provide verifiable education/experience.
• Must be available to work the required morning schedule, Monday through Friday.
• Must be available for potential afternoon substitute/on-call coverage.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and oversee daily operations, coaching staff and ensuring safety and compliance.
• Build relationships with families and school partners while facilitating activities with kids.
• Deliver dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social development.
• Document attendance, incidents, and program observations; communicate with parents and school personnel.
• Meet regularly with the Area Manager regarding progress and team accountability.
