Job summary

Innovation Learning is seeking a resilient, energetic Resilience Coach to work with Sky Ranch Academy students in a school-based program. You will foster a safe, engaging environment where youth build life skills and confidence while receiving academic support and enrichment.

Youth development is at the core of this role: you will lead activities, supervise homework help, promote respect and teamwork, and ensure safety and well-being throughout the day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children in schools, childcare programs, camps, recreation programs, or youth organizations preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for youth development.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.

Location: School-Based Program Site
Current Openings:

Sky Ranch Academy in Watkins - Mon-Fri: 6:30AM-8:00AM and 3:15PM - 6:00 PM

We are looking for candidates who are available to work all five days week for a full shift, whether it is in the morning or afternoon. We cannot accommodate partial shifts at this time.

Reports To: Head Coach/Site Leadership

Pay: $22-23/hour, based on experience and region

Position Overview

This is an active, hands-on role that combines mentorship, enrichment, recreation, and academic support. State Specific Requirements:

Candidates must be 18 years old and meet ONE of the following:

• 3 months/455 hours of verified work experience in the care/supervision of 4 or more children
• Completion of a current Early Childhood Professional Credential of Level 1 of higher

Physical Requirements

• Ability to actively participate in indoor and outdoor activities.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout program hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds occasionally.
