Job summary

Innovation Learning Inc. is seeking a part-time Resilience Coach for a school-based program site in Ingleside, IL. The role runs during before/after school hours, school breaks, and summer programs, with shifts 6:30-8:30 AM and 3:00-6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay ranges from $19-$21 per hour, depending on experience and region. You will mentor and support students, lead enrichment and academic activities, and help build social-emotional and leadership skills in a safe, positive learning

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years old or older.
• Experience working with children in schools, childcare programs, camps, recreation programs, or youth organizations preferred.
• Prior leadership experience in a childcare setting is a strong plus!
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for youth development.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.

Now Hiring for the 2026-2027 School Year!

Location: School-Based Program Site - Gavin Central Elementary School - Ingleside, IL

Reports To: Head Coach/Site Leadership

Schedule: Part-Time (Before & After School Programs, School Breaks, and Summer Programs)

Monday-Friday: 6:30-8:30AM and 3PM-6PM

We are looking for candidates who are available to work the full duration of both schedules all five days.

Pay: $19-21/hour, based on experience and region
