Innovation Learning Inc. is seeking a Resilience Coach to support the Smithville School District site in Smithville, MO.

The position is part-time, with hours before and after school, during school breaks, and in summer programs, from 6:00AM-8:30AM and 3:45PM-6:00PM, and pay of $18-20/hour based on experience. The role emphasizes mentorship, enrichment, recreation, and academic support, while building relationships, promoting resilience, safety, and student well-being.

Location: School-Based Program Site - Smithville School District, Smithville, MO

Reports To: Head Coach/Site Leadership

Schedule: Part-Time (Before & After School Programs, School Breaks, and Summer Programs)

Monday-Friday: 6:00AM-8:30AM and 3:45PM-6:00PM*

Pay: $18-20/hour, Based on experience and region

Position Overview

This is an active, hands-on role that combines mentorship, enrichment, recreation, and academic support. We are looking for positive, energetic team members who enjoy working with school-age children and creating meaningful connections every day.

Key Responsibilities

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to actively participate in indoor and outdoor activities.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout program hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds occasionally.
