Innovation Learning Inc. seeks a Resilience Coach for multiple elementary sites. You will engage students in enrichment, recreation, homework help, and social-emotional development, while leading safe, structured activities.

The role requires a high school diploma, experience with youth, strong communication, teamwork, and a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification. This full-time position is on-site at several school-based program sites.

Qualificações

  • Experience working with children in schools, childcare programs, camps, recreation programs, or youth organizations preferred.

  • Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for youth development.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.

Current Openings:

Clara Brown Elementary: Monday-Friday: 6:30AM-7:40AM

Dartmouth Elementary: Monday-Friday: 2:40PM-6:00PM

Laredo Elementary: Monday-Friday: 2:30PM-6:00PM

Side Creek Elementary: Monday-Friday: 2:30PM-6:00PM

Tollgate Elementary: Monday-Friday: 2:30PM-6:00PM

Vista Peak Elementary: Monday-Friday: 2:30PM-6:00PM

Sable Child Development Center: Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM-9:15 AM

We are looking for candidates who are available to work all five days week for a full shift in its entirety. We cannot accommodate partial shifts with a later start time or earlier end time. The start time may vary slightly; times listed are the program time.

Reports To: Head Coach/Site Leadership

Pay: $20-24/hour, based on experience and region

Position Overview

As a Resilience Coach, you will help create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where students can build confidence, develop life skills, and thrive. This is an active, hands-on role that combines mentorship, enrichment, recreation, and academic support. We are looking for positive, energetic team members who enjoy working with school-age children and creating meaningful connections every day.

Key Responsibilities

Student Engagement & Support

  • Build positive relationships with students and create a welcoming environment.
  • Serve as a role model by promoting respect, responsibility, and resilience.
  • Support students through positive behavior guidance and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure student safety and well-being at all times.

Program Delivery

  • Lead engaging enrichment, recreation, and team-building activities.
  • Facilitate homework help and academic support sessions.
  • Participate in games, fitness activities, and outdoor play.
  • Help students develop social-emotional and leadership skills.

  • Assist with daily program setup and cleanup.

State Specific Requirements:

Candidates must be 18 years old and meet ONE of the following:

  • 3 months/455 hours of verified work experience in the care/supervision of 4 or more children
  • Completion of a current Early Childhood Professional Credential of Level 1 of higher
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to actively participate in indoor and outdoor activities.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout program hours.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds occasionally.
