Description

Location: School-Based Program Site - Mountain Song Community School in Colorado Springs, CO

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 2:30PM-6:00PM

We are looking for candidates who are available to work all five days week for a full shift, whether it is in the morning or afternoon. We cannot accommodate partial shifts at this time.

Reports To: Head Coach/Site Leadership

Pay: $18-22/hour, based on experience and region

Position Overview

As a Resilience Coach, you will help create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where students can build confidence, develop life skills, and thrive. This is an active, hands‑on role that combines mentorship, enrichment, recreation, and academic support. We are looking for positive, energetic team members who enjoy working with school‑age children and creating meaningful connections every day.

Key Responsibilities

Student Engagement & Support

State Specific Requirements:Candidates must be 18 years old and meet ONE of the following:

• 3 months/455 hours of verified work experience in the care/supervision of 4 or more children
• Completion of a current Early Childhood Professional Credential of Level 1 of higher

Physical Requirements

• Ability to actively participate in indoor and outdoor activities.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout program hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds occasionally.
