Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to follow instructions with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable with computers and basic math concepts.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Able to stand or sit for a full shift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with a high level of service to aim for zero complaints.
• Engage customers to create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Promote products to support sales and inventory goals.
• Outreach to customers via calls or emails and invite to events.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promotions to assist customers.
• Set up and break down merchandise and displays at promotions.
• Manage stock and keep the store clean and presentable.
• Other duties as assigned.
