Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales with a passion for beauty. You will engage clients with a consultative approach, identify needs, and maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands while supporting Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate products, train to expand knowledge, and ensure visual merchandising, replenishment, inventory and safety standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence clearly.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and upsell products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and department standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing and back stocking.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor.
• Adhere to safety policies and company procedures.
