Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments and service recommendations.
• Perform outbound calls to service customers for appointment reminders and retention campaigns.
• Update and maintain accurate customer information in dealership systems.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Respond to customer questions regarding maintenance scheduling and service processes.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals for appointments and customer contact activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction.
