Job summary

Arion Care Solutions, LLC is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor to oversee client care and supervise direct service staff across home, school, clinic, and community settings. You will lead intake, assessments, and function-based treatment planning while upholding ethical, BACB-compliant practices.

You will supervise RBTs and trainees, conduct reviews, and collaborate with families to ensure seamless care coordination.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Arizona license to practice Behavior Analysis required.
• 1+ year of ABA experience preferred.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.
• 8-Hour Supervision Training required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client intake with families and stakeholders.
• Conduct assessments and create function-based treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies across settings.
• Deliver direct treatment, family support, and crisis response as needed.
• Provide BACB-compliant supervision to RBTs and trainees.
• Conduct performance reviews and competency assessments.
• Collaborate with families to ensure care coordination.
