Job summary

Arion Care Solutions is seeking a BCBA Supervisor to oversee client care and supervise direct service staff across home, school, clinic, and community settings.

The role requires BCBA certification and Arizona licensure, with 1+ year ABA experience and BACB ethics knowledge. You will lead intake, assessments, and function-based treatment plans while coordinating with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and Arizona licensure required.
• At least 1 year of ABA service experience.
• Completion of required trainings: Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR/First Aid, Article 9 and P.R.O.U,D, 8-Hour Supervision Training.
• Strong knowledge of the BACB ethical code.
• Collaborative, coachable, and mission-aligned mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead client intake process with families and stakeholders.
• Conduct assessments and create function-based, individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies across settings (home, center, community).
• Deliver direct treatment, family support, and crisis response as needed.
• Provide BACB-compliant supervision to RBTs and trainees.
• Collaborate with team and families to ensure seamless care coordination.
