Alternatives, Inc. in Raritan, NJ is seeking a qualified BCBA supervisor for a part-time, hybrid, six-month position in our Behavioral Supports Department.

The role provides clinical oversight, supervision, and support for behavioral services across residential and day habilitation programs serving individuals with IDD. The BCBA will lead and train staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the Director of Behavioral Supports and other leaders to maintain continuity of services

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Current New Jersey Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification is required.
• Minimum of one year of post-certification experience as a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of behavioral services and staff.
• Review, develop, implement, and monitor behavior support plans.
• Support behavioral programming within residential and day habilitation settings.
• Train staff and provide guidance on behavioral interventions and strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and agency leadership.
• Assist with assessments, documentation, QA, and regulatory compliance.
