East Central Ohio ESC in Ohio is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support districts in Tuscarawas County. The BCBA will collaborate with the Behavior Support Team to develop effective ABA-based behavior intervention programs.

Responsibilities include data collection, functional assessments, staff training, and supporting IEP/504 plans. The role emphasizes PBIS, modeling techniques, and ongoing professional development for staff.

Formación

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, special education, or related discipline.
• BCBA certification/licensure is required.
• Experience in K-12 with intervention planning and behavioral management.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with district leaders to develop coordinated ABA-based behavior programs.
• Plan and support implementation of behavior management and IEP/504-related strategies.
