Job summary

ABA Therapy Partners in California is seeking a part-time BCBA to provide supervision and assessments. You will supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians and conduct weekly in-home and remote supervision sessions.

Develop lesson plans and materials, while increasing parent participation in the child’s program development and implementation. Qualified candidates hold BCBA certification and have at least two years of supervisory experience; FBAs and report writing experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• At least 2 years of ABA supervisory experience.
• FBAs and report writing experience is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of policies and regulations in the clinical field.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavioral Techs.
• Conduct weekly in-home and remote supervision sessions.
• Establish trust and rapport with parents to maintain positive relationships.
• Utilize analytical skills to define goals for each client.
• Analyze behavioral data.
• Develop lesson plans and training materials per parent training curriculum.
• Increase parent participation in child’s program development and implementation.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Supervisors, and Trainers to discuss treatment and improvements.
• Assist in conducting FBAs, skill acquisition intake assessments, and develop reports.
• Perform administrative duties as needed and provide crisis support.
